conduction of HIV/AIDS test in the state.
Alhaji Lawal Bullet, Chairman of Jigawa state House of Assembly Committee on Health has made this In a statement while reporting on the health situation of the state which will be finally presented to the State governor.

According to Bullet he said that the State has not been able to carry out its effective control on HIV/AIDS due to not having enough finance to carry out the project.
More also, his finding has proved that the State Agency for the Control of Aids. (SACA) did not receive any overhead cost since 2015, despite the provision of the sum of N1.8 million naira in its current vote, thereby thwarting the activities of the health sector in controlling the spread of the deadly disease.
According to Bullet, the state House of Assembly has drawn the attention of the State government to release the remaining
N44 million Naira with headed by the state government allocated to the State Agency for Control of Aids so that the agency can effectively continue to carry outit's activity.

Immediately after speaking, Alhaji Musa Sule, Member representing Dutse constituency has urged the house of Assembly to take appropriate measures that will compel the style government to provide all the necessary support needed to implement the law on HIV/AIDS testing before marriage in the state.
After a final conclusion, Alhaji Ahmad Maikudi who is the Deputy speaker of the house of Assembly announced the adoption of the report made by Alhaji Lawal Bullet.
