Mr Francis Obumneme Oha a Facebook user, reported on his Facebook timeline that Enugu State experienced a thing that it has not witnessed before.
Oha while can't believe his very eyes took his phone and videoed the event. Oha noted that he was afraid because he has already put his legs into the substance.

According to Oha, he said "Serious rain in Enugu now, with mysterious detergent foam. Almost entered my room. This is first of its kind."
