Justice Cecelia Mojisola Olatoregun of the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos has ordered that the sum of #1.4bn, which is part of the refunded Paris and London club loans domiciled at Access Bank PLC and Guaranty Trust Bank to be temporary forfeited to the Federal Government.
The funds were traced Senate President Bukola Saraki and his aides who took the funds from the Nigeria Governor's Forum and laundered most of it through Jewelry Sellers in Dubai.

Justice Mojisola made the order on Friday in accordance to an exparte application filed and argued through by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission through its lawyer. Barr. E.E. Iheanacho
