President of La Liga, Javier Tebas has accused big spending Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City of what he describes as “financial doping”.
The two clubs have been spending big in recent years and their latest activities in the just-concluded transfer window have been questioned by many who believe they have not respected the UEFA Financial Fair Play rules (FFP).
PSG signed Former Barcelona Star, Neymar Junior for a staggering world record fee of £198m and that was followed by the signing of Kylian Mbappe on loan from AS Monaco, with an option of making the move permanent in 2018 for £165m.

Tebas said the recent transfers make a mess of the FFP rules as these clubs now have an unnecessary advantage over other teams.
"PSG are laughing at FFP, aren't they?" said Tebas at the Soccerex convention in Manchester on Wednesday.
"What we have done is caught them peeing in the bed, or in the swimming pool. Neymar's on the diving board and now he's peed in the pool. We cannot accept this."
PSG have been spending big since Qatari Sports Group took over the club in 2011 while City has also been influential in the transfer market since the Abu Dhabi United Group took over in 2008, spending vast sums of money.
La Liga has already written to UEFA to lay their complaints on the subject matter. Though not prompted by the letter, UEFA has opened investigations into the transfer dealings of PSG while City is not being investigated.

To Tebas, their decision to report the teams was right as their activities must be checked now as it could affect the game of football negatively.
"Recently, Manchester City and Paris Saint-German, before that Chelsea, they have money that has not been created [by them] and have been able to get an advantage through this.
"Manchester City with all this oil [money] will take all these players and we need to protect ourselves.
"These past few years Manchester City have paid out nearly a thousand million on players, PSG £950m"

City, along with PSG, was the subject of a complaint made by La Liga in a letter to UEFA on August 22, calling for an investigation into both clubs for "violation of financial fair play regulations".
City and PSG were found guilty of breaking FFP rules by UEFA in 2014. Both teams were handed a £16m fine and temporarily had the size of their Champions League squads reduced.
They face harsher punishments if they are found guilty this time, but both clubs are confident they are complying with the rules.

"We are very confident in our position and in our recruitment," said PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi, speaking at Mbappe's unveiling on Wednesday.
"UEFA can do as it wishes, but we have done everything in a transparent way. We welcome UEFA into our offices with great pleasure.
"It's not our problem if other clubs aren't happy."
