-Atiku Abubakar, the former president of Nigeria has blasted Vanguard Media house for attributing a false statement to him.
-Vanguard media house quoted Alhaji Atiku as commending the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra for fighting towards achieving Biafra.
Alhaji Atiku Abubakar the former president of Nigeria has vowed to drag Vanguard Newspaper to court for publishing fake comment which he claimed he did not make.

However, The Vanguard alledged claimed that the Ex-President claimed that the Leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) has fought well over his agitation for Biafra.
Alhaji Atiku has, however, warned media publishers to be mindful of what they publish online and has told the vanguard publishers what he would do next to bring them to justice.
Meanwhile, On his Facebook page, the former President wrote on his timeline "A false story published by Vanguard newspaper has brought to my notice. In the story, The paper quoted false comments about Biafra crisis and attribute it to me.
"I have already instructed my lawyer to the News organisation.It's time, #fakeNews is decisively dealt with."
VAnguard has claimed that the former President said that whether Nigerians hate or loathe Nnamdi Kanu, The leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra has fought well.
The Media house also falsely quoted that "In three years Kanu made the hitherto unfashionable and impossible thing central to our national politics'
"El-Rufai was in London yesterday talking restructuring.
"They fought in Ondo in a meeting on restructuring, there is a Yoruba declaration.
"Northern elder are shifting ground while pretending to grandstand.
"Yoruba you don't have to agree with this style, I also don't, but you must be one pretentious clown if you do not or love him, he has achieved what all those fighting for over thirty-five years without any success.
"He (Kanu) did it in 3 years.
