Rapist caught after defiling a 5 years old girl

LAGOS: A five years old girl, (name withheld  for security reason) who resides at Osoyintola area of Ilasamaja Lagos State was reported to be raped by one  Master Emeka.

The Lagos State Police division at Ilasamaja has arrested Emeka after a neighbour caught him red handed and report to the parent of the girl.

Information gathered by Ngnaija.com revealed that Emeka usually lures his victims with biscuits and sweets after that he take them to the bathroom where he does defile them.

His cup filled when a tenant who also resides in the same building caught him while defiling the little girl and raise an alarm which attracted the attention of the other tenants.

According to a source identified as Tolani Bakare said:

"Emeka usually deceives his victim's age bracket 5-7 years with biscuits and sweet and he would take them to the bathroom where he would rape them.

"After the incident, the little girl was crying bitterly while her elder sister was in search for her. Her elder sister heard her voice and started to call her name, the victim (the raped girl) was responding to her elder sister call with tears in her eyes. Immediately Emeka notices that people have gathered to go after him, he ran away and hid around the street."

"In the previous days, Emeka had done such act before, he would end up pleading for forgiveness from the parents of the victims."

The mother of the girl reported the case to the police station at Ilasamaja, immediately police officers were mobilised to search for Emeka. He was arrested from where he was hiding around the street at about 10:00 pm in the evening.

A source from the Police Division disclosed to the public that the Police officer, Superintendent Oriyomi Oluwasani had rejected bribe from the family members of Emeka saying that Emeka must be punished for his act.

medical checkup in the Gender unit of the Lagos State Police Division at Ilasamaja, it was proved that the girl hymen had been broken and there was penetration.
