Emmanuel who resides In Ikerodu, Lagos state was taken to a Yaba chief magistrate's court in Lagos state.
According to a reliable source who has it that the cult members have been terrorizing the area for months leading to the loss of lives and properties.
Inspector Romanus Unuigbe, the police prosecutor narrated to the court magistrate that Emmanuel committed the crime at around 1 p.m on 27 July at Lejumo street, Adamo, Ikorodu, Lagos state.
According to the narrator, he noted that Emmanuel and his group (others escaped) was caught in a native doctor shrine where he was seeking for power and protection.
