A group of kidnappers who recently kidnapped 5 secondary school students on their way to school were reportedly arrested by the members of the Committee on Peace and Security, Delta state House of Assembly.

3. Stella
4. Tina
5.Onos and finally their leader Austin aka Lion.

According to the leader of the committee of peace and security, Delta state, Mr Monday Opunbor when interrogated by newsmen He told them that the arrest of the kidnap group went successfully.

" We were patrolling when information came to us about the adoption of the five secondary school student, immediately we divided into two group hunting for the kidnappers earnestly."
" We divided into two groups, one group went searching uncompleted buildings and bushes while the other hang around the street taking notice of events and monitoring peoples' movement."
Opunbor said that the duty of the committee on peace and security is to protect every individual from a kidnapper.
According toopunbor " It took us concrete planing to arrest this group of kidnappers. Immediately they notice our presence, they release the students and ran away while we chase after them and caught them.
