The Nigeria Police command in Kano state has publicly announced that the force has commenced investigation on the recent Sallah clash with happened between the supporters of the state Ex-governor Alhaji Umar Musa Kwankwaso and that of the present governor Alhaji Abdullahi Ganduje.
According to the State police Relation office, DSP Magaji Majiya while addressing pressmen men the state said that since after the clash, the Polichaveas not arrest any body in relation to the crime.
DSP Magaji Majiya said;

"The police has not commenced arrest, but we have commenced a thorough investigation into the Sallah clash, we are yet to identify the main cause of the problem that resulted to the clash."
DSP Magaji also noted that the police has enforced himself to make sure that law and order are kept in the state.

However, Ngnaija.com has learnt that many people were injured in the cause of the clash but no casualty was recorded.
