The Nigeria police force, Lagos state command has finally concluded that Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike popularly known as Evans will be arraigned before Ikeja court today being 30, August 2017.
Since after the arrest of Evans by the police, all consideration has been put in place and he has been found wanting, therefore the police has decided to arraiged him before ikeja High court, according to a report by premium Times.

The report from Premium Times Newspaper quoted that a source from the Nigeria police force in Ikeja sayin that the arrested kidnapper will be facing his final judgement today as he will appear before the Attorney-General of Lagos state High court, Mr Adeniji Kazeem,
Mr Evans who was arrested on 10, June 2017 in one of his residence at Magodo Estate by special squad led by Abba Kyari will be prosecuted today in accordance to the anti-kidnapping law of Lagos state.
However, Evans would likely to be facing charges of armed robbery, murder and kidnapping etc.
The lawyer to the Police on the case of fundamental against the law of effoecement in relation to Evans, David Igbodo on Tuesday noted that all evans case is almost concluded. According to Igbodo he said that evans case is a very sensible and controversial one that need to be properly checked.
"Mr Abba Kyari, the Inspector-general of Police made all posible effort to see that Evans was arrested, He never relented in plaining and strategizing.
"Now that Evans was Finally arrested, it took us time to properly investigate into the crime commited by the suspect, in no distance time, the public will be made to know what is the next action to be taken against Evans."

Igbodo also noted that the Inspector-General of Police, Respects the human right by saying that;
"The IGP has been organising seminars and conferences for the Nigeria Police, both investigators and prosecutors, to make sure that no body is kept in custody beyond 24 or 48 hours without an order of a court of complete jurisdiction.
"The IGP cannot keep Evans in police custody without court order, there is a valid court order that is still subsisting as i speak with you three months, and as we all know, Evans was apprehended on the 10th June 2017; since then till now, it is not up to 3 months.
"Very soon, all investigation will be concluded and we will let the general public know what is the next action to be taken on Evans.
