Ekiti state governor in trouble as President Buhari resumes Office

Ekiti State governor, Mr. Ayo Fayose has claimed innocent from the allegation laid on him by the All Progressive Congress in Ekiti State.

However, Fayose has denied saying anything that if the President returns alive, that he would kill himself.


Ayo in reaction to the allegation said that all that the APC has said about him are all false and needs to be debunked.

Speaking through his Chief press, Mr. Adelwsi Idowu, who told pressmen from Premium Times, noted that the recent statement made by the APC in Ekiti state was an allegation laid on the governor.

ACCORDING TO IDOWU

"Governor Ayo Fayose has always wished the president quick recovering and he has always prayed for him
" The allegation laid on him is not true.
"He has not for one day since the president traveled to the UK said if the President returns alive, he will kill himself."




However, Buhari supporters in the state have come out in mass to celebrate the return of Buhari who left Nigeria on 7 of May 2017 (approximately 105 days) for medical checkups and treatment.
Buhari supporters after celebrating the president peaceful return embarked on a protest against the state governor.


Information gathered by Ngnaija.com has it that the protest was as a result of the 11 pictures released by the state governor showing that Buhari was in a life support in the UK.

The protesters asked Fayose to produce those 11pictures or he should resign from office. Protesters who chanted in various song basically to downgrade Fayose marched to the Secretariat of the All Progressive Congress I'm Ekiti state.
