Prof. Yemi Osibanjo set to storm Zamfara state on 18 July 2017

The acting president of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osibanjo has promised the people of Zamfara state to visit them on 18 July 2017.
Prof. Yemi Osibanjo was assigned by the state governor, Abdulaziz Yari to inaugurate the state project.

According to a report, some of the project s to be inaugurated includes roads that link Zamfara, Sokoto and Kebbi state together.
Alhaji Lawal M-liman, the chairman of Zamfara state government committee for an inauguration of government projects said that the Acting President will be visiting the state on the 18 July 2017.
The chairman made this statement in an interview by the news men from News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
According to Lawal, Osibanjo visit to Zamfara state was for an inaugurations purposes. Things to be inaugurated includes General hospitals across the state, roads linking Zamfara and other near by States, semi urban water project in Rini and Gamji communities in Bakura Local Government Area.

Alhaji Lawal also said that the special visit was also to mark governor Yari six years anniversary and to inaugurate schools developed for the disabled in Gummi Local government.
Alhaji Lawal Also said that Osibanjo was to inaugurate the project last year during democracy day celebration but due to tasks on his side it was pros-ponded to 18 July 2017.
